Reports to: Site Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.00 / hour

Schedule: We are open 7 days per week, and shifts will be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM based on business needs.

Position Overview

The Customer Service & Vehicle Processing Associate is responsible for answering customer calls, coordinating with the store's car buyer to provide accurate pricing, and assisting with the intake of vehicles according to company procedures. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Automotive parts knowledge and cashier experience are required. This is a fulltime position that includes weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the car buyer to support vehicle purchasing
• Answer customer calls promptly and provide accurate information
• Enter required data into company systems to ensure compliance with regulations
• Mark tire and wheel sets upon vehicle intake for resale identification
• Support team goals and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain scheduled work hours and reliability
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Cashier experience required
• Customer service and data entry experience
• Automotive parts knowledge
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (tires, batteries, etc.)
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
