What they need
MP Landscaping is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to communicate with our customers and help keep our daily schedule organized.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer text messages and phone calls
- Follow up with new and existing customers
- Confirm appointments and service visits
- Communicate scheduling changes with customers
- Provide basic information about our landscaping services
- Maintain professional and friendly communication
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
- English required; Spanish is a plus
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
Part-time: Approximately 4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newhall, CA 91321
