Customer Service Assistant

• Receive order from walk-in customer or via Purchase Order, fax, email, telephone call.
• Generate order picking list and invoice.
• Answer for any order related enquiry or delivery requests.
• Maintain customer satisfaction level and receive products and services related complaints.
• Responsible for compliance to all HACCP and food safety requirement
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales administration or a related position is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates may be considered.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and customer service systems.

• Experience with CRM, ERP or POS systems is an added advantage.
