Customer Service Assistant

With multiple locations across New South Wales (Artarmon, Wolli Creek, Castle Hill and Chester Hill) and Queensland (Oxley and Moorooka) we are committed to providing exceptional service and reliable transportation solutions to our customers.

About you:

You’re a natural problem solver with initiative and ambition. You have highly developed ‘soft skills’: you’re friendly, compassionate and calm. You enjoy a lively team environment and work well with others. You’re computer literate and confident multitasking. You hold a driving license (either Australian or overseas).

Availability:

We require someone approximately 24 - 38 hours a week with hours available during the week as well as weekends. We have both part time and full time hours available.

About the role:

The role on offer is a customer facing role, covering the end to end process from booking enquiries to returned vehicles. This is essentially a communication role.

• Proactive and creative approach to booking and fleet utilisation.
• Process oriented and happy to work towards team goals.
• Outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
• Building and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients.
• Clear communication- happy to learn and not afraid to ask for help.
• Reliable and dependable as weekends are very busy at Orana
