Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and respond to their questions by phone, email, or face-to-face.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information, records, and transaction details.
• Explain products and services clearly, while recommending additional options when suitable to meet customer needs and support sales.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
• Review customer feedback and interactions to identify ways to improve the overall service experience.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues by sharing useful customer insights and helping with general administrative responsibilities when required.

Pay: £15.91 per hour
