Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Handle repair enquiries, quotes, bookings and device check-ins.
• Create accurate repair tickets and maintain service records.
• Update customers on repair progress via phone, SMS or email.
• Process payments and assist with stock and parts management.
• Support technicians and day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace.

About You

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Basic smartphone/tablet technical knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Must have full Australian working rights-Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
