Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and requests.
• Respond to customer concerns through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with booking and appointment coordination.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documents.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are properly handled.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional, and reliable.
• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque City.
