What You'll Be Doing

• Handle and follow up on customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email to build strong client relationships.
• Process order documentation and administrative records accurately.
• Prepare project proposals and service presentations.
• Assist in coordinating and following up on art project operations.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or project administration.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, high stress tolerance, and a creative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fast Chinese/English typing.
• Skilled in design tools like Canva and comfortable using modern AI tools.
