工作职责:
通过邮件和社交媒体(Wechat, Whatsapp)处理客户问题
跟进客户货件咨询及投诉
负责异常货件和跟进处理
与仓库和配送站跟进客户货件的运送状态
任职要求：
SPM或以上学历
有无物流经验皆可
必须通晓中文书写以便和客户沟通
能够以英文和中文沟通
会基本电脑操作（Microsoft Office）
有责任感，有上进心，肯学习
