Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary:

• Answering face-to-face and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Processing customer concerns to the respective departments involved.
• Recording and monitoring the progress of customer tickets.
• Managing relationships with customers and providing resolutions to complaints
• Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
• Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years experience in customer service Real estate industry
• Fluent in english or the language assigned to the account
• Quick and willing learner who can master the details of the product and call-taking techniques
• Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
