Customer Service Assistant

About the role

Monitor partners' wallet, generate MRBC funding, transaction and adjustment reports for submission to Accounting, and generate reports for approvals of funding, reversal, and posting. Facilitate and monitor claims requests and cancellation fees, perform initial checking and filing of member documents, and facilitate reactivation requests, password reset, and application installation to member branches. Update and maintain MRBC documentation in the tracker and facilitate LBP fund transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor partners' wallet
• Generate MRBC funding, Transaction and Adjustment reports to be submitted to Accounting
• Generate reports for approvals of funding, reversal, posting, etc.
• Facilitate and monitor claims request, cancellation fee, etc.
• Perform the initial checking and filing of member documents
• Facilitate reactivation requests, password reset and installation of application to member branch
• Update and maintains MRBC Documentation in the tracker
• Facilitate LBP fund transfer
• Project a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients
• Attend to clients' needs in a calm and assertive manner

About you

• Graduate of any four-year course
• 1-year customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Preferably with customer service training
• Computer Literate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Tech Savvy
• Good at multi-tasking
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in handling issues and applications
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies on back office and customer service operations
