Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warranty service management, after-sales service, or operations management in IT-related industry.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
