1. Customer Service Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling imports and export shipment.
• Arrange haulage and booking.
• Prepare documentation for forwarding and custom declaration purpose.
• Liaise closely with CMO, Haulage and Forwarding team for operation purpose.
• Prepare detail to Account team for billing purpose.
• Verify Haulage invoice before submit to account team.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs other related duties incidental to work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.

Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

· Candidate who able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible.

· Must be able to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure.

· Computer literate. (MS Office - Word, Excel etc.)

· Working Hours : Mon - Fri : 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Sat : 8.30 pm - 12.30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
