Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer complaints and service queries
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Coordinate with internal departments to close complaints within TAT
• Maintain proper call notes and update customer details in CRM
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
• Follow company SOPs and escalation matrix

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Good Hindi communication (English basic required)
• Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
