What they need
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Assistant to support our customers and help keep Dawrigo running smoothly. You’ll handle enquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service across phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
Resolve issues and escalate when needed
Maintain records of customer interactions
Work closely with the team to improve customer experience
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
