Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with courier and delivery partners to ensure orders are processed and shipped properly.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly while maintaining professional service.
• Update and monitor inventory, order, and transaction records for accuracy.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners regarding operational requirements.
• Provide support for daily administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
• Assist in organizing and improving existing workflows as the company continues to develop its operations.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in order processing, customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in using computers, messaging platforms, and other digital tools for daily tasks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Quick to learn and able to adjust to evolving procedures, priorities, and workflows.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative in improving day-to-day processes.
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
