Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford. You'll be there to make things easier for customers, whether that's answering a question, explaining their options or simply making sure they feel listened to.

You'll meet different people throughout the day, so you'll need to be approachable, attentive and able to communicate clearly. Previous experience isn't essential, and full training will be provided.
