We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Basildon to work directly with customers on behalf of established brands. You'll help create a positive customer experience by answering questions, understanding individual needs and providing clear information about products and services.

This is an active, face-to-face customer service role, rather than a call centre or desk-based position. There is also a sales element, so you'll gain experience in turning positive customer conversations into results.

Your Day-to-Day

• Welcome and engage with customers
• Listen to customer needs and ask relevant questions
• Explain products, services and available options
• Answer questions and handle customer queries
• Help customers make informed decisions
• Build positive customer relationships
• Support customer acquisition and sales activity
• Represent brands professionally
