Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a customer service assistant to work at our store Shell Co-Op Staxton.

Evening shifts 3-11

Background in customer service and handling food preferred.

16-24 hours per week plus extra shifts to cover holiday/sickness.

Must have your own transport due to sites location and be comfortable lone working.

As part of a multi-skilled team, you will cover different and diverse tasks in a fast-paced and energetic environment. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the store: working on checkouts, housekeeping, date code checking, temperature checks or even the in-store bakery. You will promote the benefits of Shell membership to our customers.

Petrol Filling Station

Some activities within our store operation have legal limits set on the age for which you can carry them out. For this reason, we may have to be more selective for some roles. There are also legal restrictions on young person's working hours that may impact our decision-making during the selection process, based on business needs.
