The role supports partner wallet monitoring, claims processing, handles member account requests, and day-to-day back-office operations.

📌What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of any course

• At least with customer service experience from any industry

• Trainable fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications is a plus

• Willing to learn new systems and applications

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to handle local client concerns professionally and effeciently
