We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
