Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take customer orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Explain menu items, prices, and available offers.
• Serve food and beverages to customers when required.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and the customer area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service.
• Assist with billing and payments when required.
• Collect customer feedback and help improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow cafe service standards and maintain a professional attitude.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Polite, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy hours.
• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred.

Working Hours: As per cafe shift schedule.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
