Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Customer Service Assistant role located in Hoffman Estates, IL. The Customer Service Assistant greets customers, explains available wash and detailing packages, and answers questions in a clear and friendly manner. The role involves processing payments, handling basic point-of-sale operations, and ensuring customers are directed safely and efficiently through the wash and detailing process. The Customer Service Assistant also helps maintain a clean and organized customer area, supports team members during busy periods, and reports any customer concerns or service issues promptly.
