Customer Service Assistant (Executive)

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle enquiries, orders, renewal and complaints of corporate clients in a professional manner to raise customer satisfaction
• Lead and provide instant proper solutions to meet and manage different clients’ needs
• Monitor routine work and performance of technicians
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
• Work closely with internal teams, such as product team, sales team and engineers, to ensure and enhance high-quality continuing service to clients
• Manage, maintain and safeguard clients’ data and records
• Perform other ad hoc assignments by supervisor

Requirement :

• Diploma or above holder in any disciplines
• More than 2 years of product customer service experience (via phone, WhatsApp, online platform, system)
• IANG/TTPS/QMAS visa holder with bachelor degree in Hong Kong may be considered
• Professional customer service attitude, strong communication skills, independent problem-solving ability, proactive
• Good command of both verbal and written Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good typing speed in Chinese
• Immediately available will be an advantage
