Customer Service Assistant (Print Shop)

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries, assess printing and signage needs, provide quotations, and take orders accurately.
• File Preparation: Inspect customer files and perform basic pre-press checks, formatting, and layout adjustments.
• Production & Finishing: Operate digital printers and plotters, and execute finishing tasks such as cutting, lamination, and binding.
• Quality & Inventory: Ensure strict quality control on finished outputs, maintain a clean workspace, and monitor consumable stock levels.

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience: SPM or Diploma qualification; prior experience in retail fast-print or customer service is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Computer literate with basic knowledge of PDF/office tools and graphic software; experience with printing and finishing equipment is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
