Customer Service Associate (Chat Support)

Key Responsibilities

● Profile and qualify customers through chat conversations.

● Identify customer needs, interests, and purchase intent.

● Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

● Handle customer concerns, questions, and objections with confidence and professionalism. ● Refer qualified customers and leads to the appropriate Sales Agent.

● Support the sales process to help convert qualified inquiries into successful transactions.

● Coordinate and set customer appointments.

● Maintain accurate customer information and conversation records.

● Handle approximately 300–500 inquiries per day while maintaining service quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

● Previous Call Center, BPO, or Customer Service experience is preferred.

● Experience in Chat Support, Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting is an advantage.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong ability to handle customer objections, concerns, and difficult situations.

● Punctual, dependable, and professional. ● Able to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure.

● Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

● Goal-oriented and capable of meeting daily performance targets.

● Fast learner and adaptable to new processes and tools.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume chat environment.

● Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.
