Customer Support Executive ( International Chat / Voice Process)

Work Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Salary & Benefits

For Chat Process:

• CTC: 22,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 19,000 per month

For Voice Process:

• CTC: 29,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 24,000 per month

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or Above
• Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
• Excellent written English communication is mandatory
• Good typing speed with basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

Shift Details

• International Night Shift
• Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
• Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs

Training

• Paid training conducted during daytime hours

Cab Facility

• Available during odd hours (11:00 PM 5:00 AM)
• Either Pick-up or Drop provided
