Key Resposnibilities

• Communicate correctly and clearly with all customers, both in written and verbal formats.
• Understand and state customer issues clearly using good comprehension skills.
• Concentrate and follow customer issues through to resolution without distraction.
• Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
• Work successfully in a team environment and operate effectively when working independently.
• Requirements
• Computer knowledge/skills: Ability to use a desktop computer system.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
• Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
• Ability to concentrate follow the customer's issues without distraction to resolution.
• Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
