About FamBear: FamBear is a fast-growing digital platform connecting busy families with trusted nannies, babysitters, maids, tutors, senior caregivers, and child development specialists. We are rapidly expanding in Thailand and entering new markets across the region.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our growing community of customers. This role blends customer service with business development, focusing on helping families find the right caregivers to meet their needs. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, matching them with qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience throughout the process.

Location: BTS Asoke | MRT Sukhumvit

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via Line, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Assist customers in finding the right caregiver candidates
• Setup and participate in job interviews
• Support accounting team with customer billing
• Provide ongoing support to customers
• Handle administrative tasks and support other internal projects

Qualifications:

• Candidates have full working rights for Thailand and must be fluent in Thai and English
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service, HR, sales, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple relationships
• A team-oriented, proactive attitude
