We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Cincinnati team and help create the kind of experience that turns first-time customers into returning ones.

This is a people-focused role with plenty of variety. You'll answer questions, help customers navigate products and services, resolve everyday concerns, and make sure each person receives friendly, professional support.

Previous customer service experience is helpful, but it isn't essential. If you're approachable, dependable, and ready to learn, paid training is provided.

What Your Day Could Look Like

Some customers will know exactly what they need. Others will need a little guidance.

You'll take the time to understand what they're looking for, provide accurate information, and help find the best next step.

Throughout the day, you'll:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Answer questions about products, services, and current offerings
• Help with purchases, orders, account updates, and service requests
• Resolve routine customer concerns
• Process approved transactions and customer information accurately
• Respond to phone and digital inquiries when needed
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Work with teammates when a request requires additional support
• Help keep customer-facing areas organized and presentable
