Customer Service Associate

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
• Experience as a Customer Service Associate is an advantage
• Familiarity with relevant tools or software is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Provide clear and accurate information about company products, services, and policies

Problem Resolution

• Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, aiming for timely and effective resolution
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to products, services, or orders

Data Entry & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions within the system
• Update customer account information to ensure accuracy and completeness in the database

Policy and Compliance

• Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies, guidelines, and service standards
• Stay updated on industry regulations and apply them appropriately during customer engagements
