Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
- Process customer requests for products or services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the team leader.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO, call center, telemarketing, telesales, or customer care industry.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi language (verbal fluency).
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational) including weekends and holidays.
