Customer Service Associate

We are an authorized AT&T dealer, and our team works directly with customers to provide excellent service, recommend solutions, and create a positive experience.

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll work face-to-face with customers while developing valuable skills in customer service, sales, communication, and leadership. This is a full-time opportunity with room for growth for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support sales goals while maintaining a great customer experience
• Work directly with customers in an in-person environment
• Learn and present AT&T products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Build relationships with customers and team members
• Represent AT&T and MarketForge Collective professionally
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Work toward individual and team goals

We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate who is:

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking with people
• Motivated and goal-oriented

• Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
• Professional, dependable, and positive
• A strong communicator and team player
• Interested in growing in sales and leadership
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Associate, sales representative, retail associate, or customer service professional is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
