Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. If you enjoy helping people, answering questions, and staying busy throughout the day, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You’ll work directly with customers, help with everyday requests, answer questions, and make sure each customer receives helpful and professional service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance
• Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and policies
• Help with orders, purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Respond to customer questions in person and by phone
• Resolve routine customer concerns and involve a supervisor when needed
• Process transactions and customer information accurately
• Keep customer service areas clean and organized
• Complete basic computer and administrative tasks
• Work with team members to handle customer requests
• Follow company procedures and provide consistent service

The Schedule

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Full-time opportunities are available. Weekend availability may be required, and schedules are provided in advance. Additional hours may be available during busy periods.
