Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at International Distributors, Inc., you will play a critical role in fostering positive customer relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Facilitate orders, returns, and exchanges as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• High school diploma.
