About the Role

Customer Service & Support

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Customer Communication & Problem Solving

• Listen carefully to customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Handle questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Investigate customer issues and provide practical solutions.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Follow up when needed to help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Daily Operations & Team Support

• Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
• Complete basic data entry and administrative tasks.
• Support customer promotions and service initiatives.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Work with team members to meet customer service and business goals.
