Customer Service Assistant – Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and scheduling duties
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, text, and email
• Update and maintain our CRM system
• Prepare and organize daily and weekly reports
• Work with Microsoft Excel / spreadsheets
• Use AI tools to assist with reports, organization, and administrative tasks
• Communicate with sales representatives and project staff
• Assist with customer finance and credit applications
• Enter and organize customer and project information
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Help keep office information accurate and organized

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
• Experienced with Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable learning CRM systems and AI tools
• Professional and friendly when communicating with customers
• Able to communicate clearly with sales representatives and other team members
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willing to learn new systems and processes

Customer service, administrative, dispatching, or office experience is preferred.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
