Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively handle customer concerns and inquiries on refunds, cancellations, follow-ups, and support through inbound calls and emails.
• Explain information in layman’s terms to ensure customers fully understand their energy systems and updates.
• Track customer progress in the CRM (HubSpot) and provide accurate, timely status updates.
• Identify issues, resolve what you can, and escalate complex concerns to the right team.
• Use the internal Knowledge Base to provide consistent and correct answers.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM for accuracy and smooth handovers.

Qualification

• 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience (inbound and outbound).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to explain concepts in simple, clear language.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple customer interactions.
• Patient, proactive, and able to work well in a remote team environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working remotely for an Australian, US, or UK-based company.
• Previous experience in a project-based industry where you guide customers. through multi-step processes (e.g., telecommunications, construction, logistics).
• A basic understanding of or interest in renewable energy or technology products.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
