Customer Service Associate

We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers across different accounts and services, helping answer questions, resolve everyday concerns, and make sure each interaction is handled professionally.

Previous customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided to help you learn our systems, processes, and customer support standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with questions about accounts, orders, and services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide clear, helpful information
• Resolve routine concerns and identify the best next step
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team
• Update customer records and document interactions accurately
• Follow up when additional information or action is required
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Patient, dependable, and professional approach
• Reliable attendance and time management
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, sales, or customer service is a plus

Hours & Pay

• $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time schedules across 5–6 days
