Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

Serves as the primary point of contact for clients on order-related matters, managing Sales Order entry, production status updates, and day-to-day client service needs for an assigned set of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Sales Orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Provide clients with regular updates on production line status and expected delivery timelines.

• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and order changes promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with Production/Manufacturing teams to track order progress and flag delays.

• Support Accounts Receivable monitoring by tracking invoices and following up on documentation needs.

• Maintain accurate client and order records in the relevant systems.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Service Supervisor.

• Collaborate with Key Account Officers/Managers on client-specific requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales order processing, or a similar client-facing role; manufacturing/printing industry experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
