What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for broadband internet services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to modems, routers, wireless networks, LAN/WAN configurations, and WiFi connectivity.
- Resolve international voice process queries and provide solutions for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-20 years of experience in telecom sales or customer service with a focus on broadband internet services.
- Strong knowledge of broadband technologies such as DSL, fiber optics, cable modem, T1 lines etc. .
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common problems with modems routers wireless networks LAN/WAN configurations WiFi connectivity.
