We support customer service, engagement and marketing campaigns for clients across different sectors, bringing fresh briefs, new conversations and plenty of opportunities to learn.

Your Responsibilities

• Learn the details and objectives of each client campaign
• Welcome customers and start friendly, natural conversations
• Ask the right questions to understand what support they need
• Explain products, services and available options clearly
• Answer everyday enquiries and resolve straightforward concerns
• Help customers with registrations and next steps
• Keep customer information accurate and organised
• Share feedback and recurring questions with the campaign team

Role Details

• Location: Glasgow and surrounding campaign locations
• Contract: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Additional shifts: Optional Saturdays
• Start date: Immediate
• Requirements: Right to work in the UK and ability to travel to campaign locations
