We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate in Kansas to support customers, answer questions, handle requests, and make sure every interaction is handled professionally. You’ll work closely with customers and the team while helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for customers. You’ll listen to their needs, provide accurate information, resolve routine issues, and make sure requests are followed through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Answer questions by phone, email, or in person
• Process customer requests, orders, and account information
• Resolve routine concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and information
• Use computer systems to enter and update information
• Follow up with customers when additional action is required
• Work with team members to resolve customer issues
• Keep customer interactions organized and properly documented

Work Schedule
