We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who can effectively handle customer communications, process service requests, and maintain accurate operational records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog; proficiency in other Philippine dialects, such as Ilocano or Bisaya, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Computer literate with the ability to efficiently navigate different systems and applications.
• Able to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Open and willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work on-site.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and SMS communications with customers.
• Manage customer alarm tickets and ensure that accurate and clear information is properly communicated.
• Process and monitor customer work order requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain and update customer data, reports, and operational trackers to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
