Responsibilities

• Available to work Evening shift and weekends as a key holder.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and in person with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide accurate information about products and services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist customers with memberships, operate our smoothie bar and how to properly use our equipment to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Work together with team members to conduct shift duties and identify opportunities for service improvements

Requirements

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are accepted to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Proven experience in customer support roles is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with active listening capabilities and professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency in general computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume interactions
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions
