Quint Company is seeking a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at our Philadelphia facility in the Port Richmond/Kensington area.

This position plays an important role in supporting our customers and coordinating work throughout our production process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for:

• Performing detailed job preparation, order entry, and tracking throughout the production process.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, the Customer Service Manager, and production team members.
• Accurately entering and maintaining detailed information within our computer systems.
• Monitoring customer orders and helping ensure jobs move through production accurately and on schedule.
• Working closely with production employees to communicate customer requirements and priorities.
• Preparing and processing packages and finished products for shipment at the end of the day.
• Assisting with additional tasks outside of routine customer service responsibilities when needed to help ensure production is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, professional, and willing to assist wherever needed.
• Previous customer service, order processing, manufacturing, or production-related experience is a plus.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Philadelphia, PA – Port Richmond/Kensington area
• Schedule: Full-time with overtime available when necessary
• Compensation: $18-$20 an hour based on experience
• Benefits: Health benefits and additional company benefits
