Customer Service Associate

Work at an internationally known firearms brand in Wichita, Kansas! We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service. In this lively role, you'll engage with customers and ensure their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed product demos and recommendations
• Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and increase sales
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration capabilities
• Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and sales transactions

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
