Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Customer Service Associate who values stability and consistency. This is not a temporary or seasonal position. We are looking for someone who wants steady hours and a structured retail environment.

Responsibilities include, nut are not limited to:

Customer Service:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer
• Maintain professional and courteous communication
• Answer phone inquiries professionally

Shipping & Returns:

• Accurately measure and weigh packages
• Verify sender and recipient addresses
• Process Amazon and CRS partner returns
• Follow proper packaging procedures

Retail & Sales Support:

• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately
• Recommend packing, insurance, mailbox, and printing services
• Maintain organized retail and supply areas

Mailbox Services:

• Assist with mailbox setup and renewals
• Handle mail securely and confidentially

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Shipping or Amazon return experience a plus
• Notary Public preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable attendance and weekend availability required

Schedule (Store Hours)

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are looking for someone who wants a consistent part-time position and can commit to a dependable weekly schedule.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
