Job Description

CVS Pharmacy is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations at its Washington, DC location. The role focuses on assisting customers, operating the register, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, professional service
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Help customers locate products and answer basic questions
• Stock shelves and maintain organized merchandise displays
• Check product prices and assist with customer concerns
• Keep checkout and sales areas clean and organized
• Follow company policies and store safety procedures
• Support other store operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
