Customer Service Associate

Key Objective: The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service to clients. They will be the first point of contact for customers whohave questions or concerns about the company’s products or services. The idealcandidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and becomfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, face to face in a timely andprofessional manner.
• Providing accurate information about the company’s products and services.Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Processing and securing approval on customer request
